RUNNING AND SWIMMING

Ran the 3.1m loop in the morning. Felt HORRIBLE...legs dead, SO hot and humid. Ended up walking 3 blocks. Blech.

Then, swam with mom at night, quickly because the pool was about to close.

100 swim
200 swim
300 pull
4x100 swim hard (:20 rest)
100 breast
100 pull

total: 1200 yards

Felt strong in the water, but wasn't as fast as I thought I should be (about 1:48 for the 100's). Guess I need more speed work...
