Ran to Red's, then did a 40 minute spinning class. The instructor wasn't amazing, but I still worked really hard...
Then, did arm weights (biceps, triceps, shoulders) and abs--2x44 straight, 2x22 SUPER slanted (almost upside down).
Then, ran home.
At night, walked 1.25m with mom (once around the block).
