Ran and biked with Coach Keith and Michele. (you reading this, Keith??)
Biked around NB and campus, where Keith showed me places to run that would work for speed and hills. Apparently there have been great places all this time, and I've just been running around my neighborhood for the past year...
Also did 1 lap at B. Park (not even going to try to spell that), so about 1.5m. I was supposed to do 5, but I accidentally brought 2 different shoes with me and it wasn't the best to run on.
It was an easy workout, so I felt good. Tomorrow, a light swim and some speed work on the run...plus some weights stuff...
